According to a report by Xinhua News Agency, there has been a recent increase in criminal activities targeting Chinese citizens in Japan, while several regions have experienced consecutive earthquakes that caused injuries and prompted the Japanese government to issue warnings about potential aftershocks.

The report mentioned that China's Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA) and Chinese embassies and consulates in Japan advised Chinese citizens to avoid traveling to Japan in the near future. As for Chinese citizens who are already in Japan, they should closely monitor local security conditions and warnings regarding earthquakes and secondary disasters.
