According to industry sources, Macau's total GGR for the first 14 days of April could reach about MOP7.8 billion, Citi Research said. This means that, for the week of 7-13 April, average daily GGR was around MOP614 million, 5% higher than the daily average of around MOP583 million for the first 6 days of April. The average daily GGR run rate MTD was approx. MOP600 million, which is similar to Citi Research's current April 2025 average daily GGR forecast. This is consistent with the broker's observation in its latest Macau table survey that the US-China trade dispute appears to have had a limited impact on gaming sentiment in Macau. Citi Research kept its April 2025 total GGR forecast unchanged at MOP18 billion (about 76% of April 2019 level; down 3% YoY), which implies an average daily GGR of about MOP600 million for the rest of the month.
