HENDERSON LAND (00012.HK) announced its full-year results for the period ending December 31, 2024. Revenue reached HKD25.256 billion, down 8.4% YoY. It recorded a net profit of HKD6.296 billion, a 32% YoY decrease, with EPS at HKD1.3. The company declared a final DPS of HKD1.3, flat YoY. Including the interim dividend, the total annual DPS amounted to HKD1.8, also flat YoY. During the period, underlying profit stood at HKD9.774 billion, up 0.7% YoY, with underlying EPS at HKD2.02. The group recorded a fair value loss of HKD2.022 billion after revaluation of the Group’s completed investment properties and investment properties under development, as well as the adjustments of cumulative fair value change of HKD1.456 billion in relation to disposed investment properties.
