CKH HOLDINGS (00001.HK) has announced its full-year results for the year ended December 2024. Based on post-IFRS 16, its turnover climbed by 3.3% YoY to $476.682 billion, while its net profit dropped by 27.3% YoY to $17.088 billion, with EPS standing at $4.46. A final dividend of $1.514 was declared, compared to $1.775 distributed in the same period last year. The total annual dividend reached $2.202, down 13% YoY. During the period, on a pre-IFRS 16 basis and excluding the one-time losses, underlying EBITDA increased by 2% in local currencies compared to 2023. Underlying EBIT decreased by 1% YoY in local currencies. The underlying profit of $20.77 billion dropped by 10% in local currencies against 2023 or by 10.6% in reported currency, reflecting increased tax charges from a higher effective tax rate in 2024.
