China's State Council issued the “Special Action Plan for Boosting Consumption” on last Sunday (16th), aiming to boost spending power by increasing income and reducing financial burdens, generate effective demand through high-quality supply and improve the consumption environment to enhance consumers' willingness to consume, UOB Kay Hian released a research report saying. Among China's consumption sector, the broker was optimistic on ANTA SPORTS (02020.HK), CHINA RES BEER (00291.HK), GALAXY ENT (00027.HK), HAIER SMARTHOME (06690.HK), MENGNIU DAIRY (02319.HK), MIDEA GP(000333.SZ), MINISO Group Holding (MNSO.US) and YILI(600887.SH), with ratings kept at Overweight on China's consumption sector, according to the report. The broker also raised its target price on CHINA FEIHE (06186.HK) by 23% to $7.6, with rating at Buy, and lifted its long-term profit growth forecast.
